Hiten Shah
Hiten Shah is the founder and CEO of Metrics Holdings, MES’s parent company. Born in Mumbai, he earned a degree in Plastics Engineering, moved to the U.S. for his master’s, and worked as a process engineer, engineering director, and VP of sales before starting MES as a one-person operation.
Today the Metrics Holdings family employs more than 300 people worldwide. The principles Hiten built the company on — own the process, escalate fast, own the result — are the same core values MES runs on today.
