The Approach

MES manages the full outsourced manufacturing process for automotive components — matching each part to the right process, alloy, and supplier, then verifying quality on the plant floor before it ships. Whether it’s a die-cast transmission housing, a forged steering knuckle, or an extruded EV battery enclosure, we deliver components that meet the stringent requirements of top-tier OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

With ISO 9001:2015-certified quality systems and rigorously audited suppliers, every component is engineered to spec, inspected at the source, and backed by a supply chain built for automotive’s zero-defect expectations.

Spotlight

Automotive doesn’t tolerate line-down surprises. That’s why MES quality engineers are embedded inside supplier facilities — verifying critical dimensions on CMM equipment, approving first articles, and managing the full PPAP documentation chain before parts leave the building.

FAQ

Automotive industry FAQs

Die casting produces lightweight, high-volume aluminum parts with complex geometry; forging produces high-strength structural components; and investment casting creates precise steel parts with excellent surface finish. MES matches the process to the part’s load, volume, and geometry.
Aluminum die casting reduces vehicle weight, improves fuel efficiency, and supports scalable production of transmission housings, motor housings, and EV structural components.
Forging is better for safety-critical, high-load parts like steering knuckles and suspension arms; casting is ideal for lightweight, complex housings and structural applications. The right choice depends on load, geometry, and volume.
EV battery enclosures are commonly manufactured using aluminum extrusion, die casting, and sheet metal fabrication, chosen for lightweight strength and thermal management.
High-pressure aluminum die casting is widely used for transmission housings because it supports thin walls, dimensional accuracy, and high-volume production.
Investment casting reduces material waste and supports intricate geometries; CNC machining delivers tighter tolerances and precision finishing. Many components use both — cast near-net, then machined to final spec.
Forging aligns the metal’s grain flow to the part’s shape, giving superior fatigue strength and impact resistance for steering knuckles, suspension arms, wheel hubs, and drivetrain components.
Gigacasting produces large structural EV sections as single-piece aluminum castings, reducing assembly complexity, production time, and vehicle weight versus joining many smaller stampings and castings.
MES has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2009 and manages the full automotive quality chain — PPAP, control plans, FMEA, and material certifications — to meet OEM and Tier-1 requirements.
Yes. MES supplies lightweight structural castings, battery enclosures, motor housings, and thermal components for EV and hybrid platforms, alongside traditional ICE powertrain and chassis parts.
